Hand Wash

how to get rid of dandruff

I ditched my regular shampoo and used hand wash.

Although I never saw it anywhere or planned to use it, the idea came as a coincidence when I was washing my hair and I accidentally picked my hand wash instead of my shampoo, I told myself ‘perhaps you should try this!’

At first, I felt a stinging sensation that lasted just a minute and few minutes after, I washed off with my regular conditioner.

Trust me, just 3 days later, I noticed my dandruff clearing off significantly.

I believe it’s due to the antifungal and antibacterial properties present in the hand wash that could be attributed to helping with clearing off the dandruff -causing Yeasts.

Subsequently, I use my hand wash to to wash my hair whenever I notice dandruff on my hair.

Apple cider vinegar is very helpful in getting rid of dandruff.

It helps to neutralize the residue of hair chemicals such as your shampoo, conditioner or even relaxer.

You can splash some as a final rinse whenever you wash or relax your hair.

ACV is packed with vitamins and amino acids and has great antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties.

How To Use

To treat dandruff, pour out 2 tablespoons of ACV in a small bowl.

Use cotton wool to dab the ACV all-around your scalp and let it sit for 15 minutes and then rinse.

Do this once every week to get maximum results quickly.
